Step inside Activate and you’ll immediately recognize that you are in a place that is special and unique. Just as every part of your program is thoughtfully designed, every aspect of the experience has been thoughtfully designed and researched for its scientific benefits.
Throughout Activate, you’ll see that we’ve incorporated a biophilic design to foster a connection with nature. Biophilic design has been found to support cognitive function, physical health, and psychological well-being. Within Activate, you’ll find lots of natural light, a living wall, a water feature, and other natural elements.
You’ll also find state-of-the-art equipment in our training bays and cardio room, secluded brain training stations, places to hang out or enjoy a cup of coffee, and rest/changing rooms with a shower.
